Fix-and-Flip Loans


Completed real estate loan application

2-month asset statements (if a one-time express loan)

Loans for New Constructions


Loans from $150,000 to $3 million

Up to 85% of total costs (purchase price + construction costs)

Up to 70% ARV (after repair value)

24 month terms with 3 or 6 month extension options

Up to 100% of the rehabilitation cost

Bridge Loans


Loans from $100,000 to $3 million

Up to 95% of the purchase price

Up to 80% post-repair value

Terms of 12, 18 and 24 months with interest-only options

100% rehabilitation cost
